These terms describe use of Dayhop's browser-game collection, supporting content, and local convenience features.
Using the site
You may browse the catalog and play its games for lawful, personal entertainment. The current site offers no accounts, paid subscriptions, purchases, or cloud-save service. Each game may have different rules and inputs; review its instructions and device notes before starting.
Responsible use
Do not interfere with the site's availability, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code through the service, or use automated requests that disrupt other visitors. Do not misrepresent the creator of a game or remove required attribution when reusing material under a license that permits reuse.
Original work and third-party components
The current collection contains 32 original games by MEST: 13 local mini games and 19 creator-hosted releases embedded with the creator’s permission. Unless an applicable notice expressly grants reuse rights, original game material retains the creator's reserved rights. After Hours explicitly designates certain generated assets as CC0 1.0; its game notices identify the scope. Playing a game or being able to download browser-delivered files does not grant permission to copy, modify, redistribute, sell, or present that original material as your own.
Separately credited libraries, fonts, models, artwork, audio, and other components retain their own licenses. These terms do not replace or restrict permissions granted by those licenses. Read the relevant game notices and Creators & Rights for attribution information. Requests for permissions beyond the stated licenses should use the contact address listed on our Contact page.
Local records and progress
Favorites and Recently Played are stored in the browser you use. Games may separately save progress or settings. There is no account synchronization, guaranteed backup, or recovery service. Browser cleanup, private browsing, storage limits, or changing devices or site origins may make records unavailable. Export saves where a game supports it before resetting or clearing site data. The Privacy Policy explains these features in more detail.
Compatibility and availability
The site and games are provided as available. We do not promise uninterrupted access, compatibility with every browser or device, or preservation of progress. Touch, keyboard, fullscreen, sound, and graphics support depend on the game and your browser. A device note or local verification result is guidance rather than a guarantee that every level and hardware combination has been tested.
Game builds, descriptions, and site features may be updated, replaced, suspended, or removed to address maintenance, rights, security, or compatibility concerns. External games follow updates made to their published releases; Dayhop does not pin a local copy of those games. Hosting changes can separate new saves from earlier local records.
External destinations
Release and credit links are provided for reference. Their operators control their content, availability, and policies. Starting an externally hosted game inside Dayhop contacts its game domain and hosting service. Their availability and storage behavior also apply when the game remains inside this page.
Errors, rights concerns, and feedback
See Contact for the email address and how to prepare a report. For attribution or ownership concerns, see Copyright & Takedown. A report may lead to a correction or temporary removal while the concern is reviewed; no particular outcome or response time is promised.
Limits and changes to these terms
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Dayhop makes no warranty of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
